We strongly encourage a culture of open and honest communication and we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your mentor or Kal Tire management team member in instances where you believe inappropriate behavior has occurred. However, certain situations may arise where you would prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence. To that end, Kal Tire and EthicsPoint developed the Kal Tire Open Door Line. This line is hosted, maintained, and monitored by a trusted third-party provider with experience in this field, to provide a safe and anonymous way to report serious violations.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

By Phone

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
